Vocabulary and Expressions 

Sumimasen. すみません。	Excuse me. (This is a useful expression to get someone's attention. It can be used to call for services in a shop or office. It also can be used  with strangers to alert them that you wish to ask them question. Click here for other usages of "Sumimasen.")

sorekara それから	And, then (It is placed at the beginning of a sentence to connect it to the pervious one.)

Doumo arigatou gozaimashita. どうもありがとう ございました。	Thank you very much. (This is a polite way of saying "Thanks." It is used for something that has already been done for you and often used by clerks at a shop or an office in the service industry. The customer will normally reply "Doumo" or not at all.
